These Korean style short ribs use the cut of beef rib which is about 1/2-3/4-inch thick. Some butchers will sometimes be called a flake cut beef rib. There is instructions for cooking on the grill or in the oven, depending on which you prefer. Our favorite way is on the grill, but that isn’t always a feasible option and they still come out great in the oven. We’ll broil them to replicate the intense heat of the grill. Make sure to set your oven rack to be about 6-inches below the broiler element at the top of the oven.

Make sure to adjust amount of chili crisp based on the spiciness the one you are using and to your taste. Some chili crisps have less oil than others. If you are using the drier kind, add a little extra oil or butter to the pan at the beginning.Be ready to immediately add the egg to the pan after putting the chili crisp in. You don’t want the chili crisp to burn or else it will become bitter and the air will be like mace.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites
You can use boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs. Our favorite are thighs because the flavor is more rich and chicken thigh bites are less dry. If you're cooking with chicken breast, make sure to eat them as soon as they're cooled. If you let chicken breast sit too long or get cold, they will taste dry and tough. Can you add veggies with this? Sure you can, but make sure it's a veggie that can cook quick at the same time as the chicken. Also, make sure to keep the veggies cut small.
