My parchment paper started on fire during the preheat cycle so watch out. I didn’t use it in the end and pork chops turned out very nice and moist.
HI Jack. I always preheat, then put the parchment paper in. It works great.
I learned the hard way too.
This worked perfectly! I’ve always had an issue getting crispy breading when using my oven. My air fryer knocked this out of the park! Thank you for the tips. I used the oven fry coating with an egg and cooked in my oster air fryer as directed for 12 minutes and they came out insanely perfect!
Hi Seth! Thanks for sharing and we’re so thrilled that you enjoyed the recipe.
I love these done with egg batter. Crispy not mushy like oven. My favorite center cut chop recipe by far.
Fantastic, we’re so happy you enjoyed the recipe!
Thanks for the idea. It’s so hot here in NJ I didn’t want to turn the oven on or be outside to grill so it’s rice in the Instant Pot and Air Fried Pork Chops.
Hi Cheryl, when it comes to hot days, air frying is amazing! That’s pretty much how we cook all through Summer.
These were so easy to make in the air fryer. Really great recipe.
The whole family really loved this recipe. Especially the kids. They were gobbling these pork chops up.
This is a really awesome idea. I had some leftover breading mix and followed your instructions. Worked out great! The kids really enjoyed these pork chops.
