Freezing and Re-Heating Chicken Wings

Can you freeze these cooked chicken wings? Yes you can definitely freeze the leftovers. When you’re ready to eat them just re-heat the chicken wings in the air fryer at 380F for about 5-9 minutes. Every air fryer is different so make sure to check on them often so that they don’t burn. The more frozen wings you’re re-heating the more time it will take.

Sauces and Sides to Serve with Wings

These low carb chicken wings are super flavorful already. But if you can certainly coat the wings in the sauce. Or you can serve the dips on the side so that each wing can be dipped into individual sauces.

  • Celery, carrots, sweet peppers and cucumber are great veggie side dishes.

Air Fryer Parmesan Chicken Wings

Wing sizes vary in size and thickness, so cooking times will vary. Some brands of Air Fryers will cook slower or faster than others, adjust accordingly.
We were able to cook 2 lbs. of chicken wings in a 3.4 qt. Air Fryer. For that size of air fryer, 2 lbs. is about the max without overcrowding the air fryer. For best results and even cooking, only air fry as many wings that will fit in a single layer.
