Healthy and Easy Radish Avocado Salad Recipe in a glass bowl

Radish Avocado Salad Recipe

Both refreshing and crunchy, combined with creamy bites of avocado makes this radish avocado salad so delicious. Adding the homemade vinaigrette makes it extra amazing. It’s hard not to want to make this salad over and over again. One of the options we add is the addition of soy sauce to the salad dressing recipe, which gives a simple yet super flavorful umami kick. The addition of lime juice helps keep the avocado from browning as quickly and lends a nice brightness to the dressing. Try to use fresh lime juice if you can.

Different types of Radish

There’s so many different varieties of radishes to choose from. The possibilities are endless.

  • You can use the larger Asian daikon radishes and just cut those up into bite sized pieces. Japanese daikon and Korean daikon radishes are a few examples that have excellent flavor.
  • Or you can use the red radish varieties. Head out to your local farmers market during the radish season and explore all the beautiful options! We love the farmers market for seeing all the possibilities that we can make with this salad.
  • Watermelon Radishes are a fun choice. A littler harder to find, but beautiful.
