Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte
- 2 cups (480 ml) Milk
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.62 ml) ground Ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.62 ml) ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.62 ml) ground Cloves (optional)
- 2 oz. (60 ml) Espresso or 1 cup strong Coffee
- Whipped Cream for serving
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, & cloves) *see head note. Whisk together and heat to a low simmer, stirring regularly. Whisk or froth again just before serving (we love this little milk frother.)
- Pour the espresso or coffee in your cups. Add the pumpkin pie spiced milk. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
