This chili is seriously so good. We love making a whole bunch for cookouts to use for chili dogs as well.
Great! I added about a 1/4lb of sweet maple sausage as well. Very good.
Oooh, the sausage sounds like a great addition. Thanks Matt!
Very impressed with this chili!!!! I followed this recipe as written (used diced petite tomatoes), and added some chili pepper flakes. My husband said this is definitely a keeper! Thank you!!!!
Thanks Trinity! We’re so happy that your husband enjoyed the recipe too.
Is it possible to substitute the beans for noodles?
I tried this and we loved it, we love a very thick and meaty chili. I especially enjoy chili mac and this is great for that, thanks for sharing!!!

Hello there. I am wondering where I could find a more detailed nutrition info for your recipes? You show the caloric value but I need more than just that.
Thank you so much

I prepared the Chili according to the recipe to a “T”. however, once the Saute was done, the ingredients were added, the lid put on, the PRESSURE set for 10 minutes, everything seemed to go great, however, after a short period of time (not 10 Minutes), the put beeped and it showed “BURN”. So what did I do wrong. Please explain and Help.
The Taste of the Chili was great, however the bottom of the Chili was sort of stuck to the Bottom of the pan.
Hello,
when you stir the pot, make sure you are scraping the brown bits( or the fond) off the bottom of the pot with a plastic or wooden spoon. That is what got too brown and caused the “burn” to show up. Simple fix! I hope that helps.
Thanks for the extra tip, Ann!
Had this cooking for our “glamping” trip. This was the perfect way to end a day out with nature! Love this recipe!

I made this and everyone loved it! It’s very easy – in fact I didn’t need to pressure cook it at all. Perfect with a side of cornbread. I will be sharing this recipe and making it again.
