Roasting cauliflower is one of our favorite methods to enjoy the flavor and texture, but adding cauliflower to soups, stews, stir fries and casseroles are more ways to enjoy this lovable vegetables. We spend lots of kitchen testing time experimenting with different ways to devour cauliflower and they always end up being the highlight or main part of the meal. When it becomes literally the main meal, it’s a fantastic healthy and low carb recipe that makes us less guilty when we add extra cheese on top. Can you cook with frozen cauliflower? We get this question often and the answer is yes, you an cook with frozen. BUT the flavor is texture is so much different from fresh. Frozen riced cauliflower is good, but frozen florets often have a soggy texture. So if you’re making the cauliflower fried rice with frozen, it still tastes great. When you’re roasting frozen cauliflower, the texture will be more soggy and less crispy.
