What About Baking Frozen Cod Fillets?
Buying frozen cod fillets is smart and budget friendly. Best of all, it’s always ready in the freezer. We know it’s not easy to get fresh fillets of cod so frozen fillets are just as good. These are usually flash frozen as soon as they’ve been processed, so they’re still high quality fish. Just make sure the fish fillets are thawed completely and release all the moisture. Add some paper towels between the fillets to help draw out all the moisture and excess water. Hope you enjoy our pan fried cod or skillet white fish recipe!
