Easy Holiday Potato Recipe

This recipe is perfect for Holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas where everyone loves a potato side dish. The best part about this dish is that it’s a classic dish that everyone loves and also goes great with gravy on top. 🙂 We love our gravy!

Can you freeze leftovers?

Yes, you totally can! Just bring them out to room temperature to thaw first, then warm them up in the oven. Pre-heat oven to 375°F and then warm them up for about 10 minutes OR until they are warmed to your liking. To help keep the potatoes from drying out, add a light spray or drizzle of olive oil before re-heating.

Roasted Red Potatoes with Garlic, Rosemary and Parmesan

You can create two different textures for the parmesan depending on your preference. You can add the parmesan before baking like it is in the photos and have the parmesan bake down nice and crispy. Or you can add the parmesan after baking for a softer, fresh grated cheese texture. Both are great, just choose your personal preference.
