We use shredded roasted chicken because of the great flavor that the chicken has already. But you can easily grill or bbq some chicken if you want the extra flavor. There's many different ways to cook the chicken choose your favorite technique!

GARLIC PARSLEY BUTTER
1/4 cup(60g)butter, 1/2 stick
2clovesgarlicminced
2teaspoons(10ml)minced parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Make Garlic Parsley Butter: Add 1/4 cup of butter, minced garlic, and minced parsley in medium bowl or pan. Microwave or gently heat until melted. Set aside.
Heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook onions until soft, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the 2 1/2 cups shredded chicken, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 cups of bbq sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook until everything is heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
Cut the slider buns in half lengthwise. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the baking dish. Layer half of the cheese on the bottom buns.
Top with bbq chicken mixture, then layer with the remainder of the cheese. Place the top halves of the buns on top.
Brush the tops of the buns with the melted garlic parsley butter.
Bake at 350°F until the cheese melts and everything is warmed through, 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
