Cook from frozen. You don't need to thaw first. Be sure to completely coat the dumplings with oil spray so the wrapper gets crispy. Dry areas will air fry up hard, not crispy. Dumplings will all cook a little different. They’ll have different thickness of wrappers, size, filling types, how cold the freezer is, etc. Adjust the timing as needed based on your experiences. All air fryers are different and some cook more intensely than others. Once you cook your first batch, you’ll know more of what works for your air fryer. Nutrition will vary depending on different dumpling types.
Place the frozen dumplings/potstickers in the air fryer basket/tray and spread out into a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Spray with oil to completely coat the dumplings. Dry wrapper areas will cook hard, not crispy.
Air Fry at 380°F/193°C for 6 minutes. Check and turn the dumplings/potstickers.
Continue to Air Fry at 380°F/193°C for another 2-6 minutes if needed until they are crispy on the outside OR until they are cooked to your liking.
Allow them to cool for a bit. Serve with your favorite dip
Notes
Air Frying Tips and Notes:
1. Cook Frozen - Do not thaw first.
2. Turn as needed. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
3. Recipe timing is based on a non-preheated air fryer. If cooking in multiple batches back to back, the following batches may cook a little quicker.
