So easy for great turkey. Stuff a little butter & garlic under the skin. Season with salt & pepper.
Place the turkey in the oil-less deep fryer. Set it to medium-high heat & watch the magic.
Keep an eye on it for the final 20 minutes or so. Cook until it reaches 170°F internal temp.
Make sure to save the juices for gravy. Let the turkey rest for about 15-20 minutes before carving.
