Combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour to form dough.
Knead dough for about 30 seconds. Use a little flour to keep from sticking.
Divide dough into 4 parts, roll and form bagel shape.
Brush and Top
Brush with egg wash and add your favorite toppings
Gently lay in air fryer and air fry until cooked through.
Beautiful! Serve warm with cream cheese or your favorite spread.
