1cup(240ml) cold heavy whipping cream
1tablespoonconfectioners sugar
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Combine the whipping cream, confectioners sugar, and vanilla in a high-sided bowl or mixer. Whisk to soft peaks or your desired stiffness. - Tips - Start slow to avoid splattering the cream everywhere. After it starts to thicken increase speed to get closer to the desired texture. When you are getting close to soft peaks, slow down again or whisk by hand to finish. It can go from soft peaks to overwhipped and breaking fairly quickly.
