Instructions
Heat a large skilet over medim heat. When heated, add oil then stir in the garlic and onions and cook until translucent, about 1 minute.
Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and Sriracha hot sauce. Stir well until sauces are combined.
Add celery and cook for about 5 minutes or until everything is combined well.
Pour chicken filling into bowl and allow to cool, then top with fresh cilantro.
Serve with fresh lettuce leaves.
