1/4cup(25g)sliced green onion or minced red onion (or both)
3boiled eggs, diced (optional)
1cup(100g)chopped celery(about 3 celery stalks)
1cup(115g)shredded cheddar cheese

1teaspoon(5ml)salt, or to taste
1/2teaspoon(2.5ml)fresh cracked black pepper
Prepare the pasta: Fill a large bowl (big enough to hold cooked pasta) halfway with ice water. Boil pasta to package instructions. Drain pasta, rinse with cold water and shock the pasta by adding it to the cold water to get it cold fast. Once cold, drain the pasta, transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
In large bowl, combine ranch, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
In bowl with dressing, add pasta, bacon, green onion, eggs, celery and cheese. Gently stir to combine all ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Add additional toppings if you want for more texture and flavor!
