Feel free to add any bottled sauce that you have in the pantry. Saucy noodles are awesome too! Even consider adding what ever veggies you have on hand. Carrots, onions, green beans, cabbage, etc.

Ingredients
6oz(170g)Instant ramen, (2 packages)
1/2pound(227g)beef, thinly sliced
2Tablespoon(30ml)vegetable oil
1/2(1/2)onion, diced
2cloves(2cloves)garlic, minced or crushed
2cups(480ml)chopped broccoli, into bite sized pieces
Boil the ramen noodles until al dente (usually about 2-3 minutes depending on brand of ramen). Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
Increase heat to high and add beef. Sear the beef the beef, the add broccoli and cook for a few minutes or until the broccoli is cooked to your desired tenderness.
Add cooked noodles, the seasonings from the ramen packets, water, and sesame oil (optional). Stir the noodles with everything in the pan and cook for another minute or until noodles are heated through.
Taste for seasonings. If you want more seasoning, add soy sauce, salt, or other preferred seasoning. Serve warm top with cilantro if desired.
