Ingredients

Chili Components

  • Bag of Tortilla chips
  • about 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • minced green onion , optional
  • minced cilantro , optional
  • fresh guacamole , sour cream or fresh salsa

Directions

  1. Make the chicken chili.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. In an oven proof dish, add a few handfuls of tortilla chips and about a cup of chicken chili.

  3. Add shredded cheese on top, then bake in oven until the cheese melts.
  4. Garnish with minced green onion or cilantro.
  5. Serve warm with fresh guacamole, sour cream or fresh salsa.
