  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces mushrooms , sliced (add more if you like!)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 small onion , minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt , or more to taste
  • lots of fresh cracked black pepper , to taste
  • 3 cups cooked rice


  1. Heat large skillet to medium high heat. Add oil, garlic and onions. Cook until translucent. Add beef and mushrooms. Cook until beef and mushrooms are browned, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add beef broth, heavy cream, worcestershire, dried herbs, sea salt and black pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until everything is combined and cooked through.
  3. Serve over hot rice and enjoy!
