Mango Lime Smoothie or Cocktail

  • 1 medium mango (peeled and cubed)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (usually 2-3 limes)
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups ice
  • Mint leaves and lemon slices for garnish
  • 1 ounce tequila, rum of vodka Optional for cocktails


  1. Peel and remove pit from mango. Cut into 1” cubes. Set aside.
  2. In blender, combine lime juice and sugar. Blend until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add mango and ice.  Or alcohol if you're making it a cocktail. Blend until everything is smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint and lemon slices. Add straw and enjoy!
