Kitchen String
Instructions
Cut a length of kitchen string (about 3-feet). Place the chicken breast-side up on your surface.
3 feet Kitchen String,
1 whole Chicken
Start with the middle of the string under the tips of the legs. Cross it, then loop under the tips of the legs again.
Pull tight and then bring the string across the drum/thigh joint and up to the neck (it should go over the wings).
Pull snug again and tie the string into a knot over the neck area. Trim off the excess string.
