The sweetness is dependent on the type of sparkling wine and your personal taste. A good starting point is a 1:3 (1 part Orange Juice, 3 parts Sparkling Wine) ratio, but if you want it a little less alcoholic or sweeter, increase the OJ ratio.Using freshly squeezed OJ is noticealy more delicious.

Notes
Note 1: What Sparkling wine to Use:An expensive sparkling wine seems like a waste in a mimosa, but you'll still want a nice sparkling white wine. Drier sparkling wines are preferred, as the OJ adds a sweetness, and it is easy to quickly become too sweet.Cava & Prosecco often tend to have affordable price points & while still being of good quality. If using Champagne, Brut styles tend to go best.Always feel free to adjust the orange juice to sparkling white wine ratio to your preference.
