Ingredients
1smallbutternut squash(1.5 pounds), peeled and cut into 1/2” cubes
Peel and cut butternut squash into bite sized 1/2" cubes.
In large bowl, whisk together oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add squash and toss in marinade to coat all squash pieces.
Transfer squash to air fryer basket (if you have a small air fryer, cook it in two batches).
Air Fry at 380°F for 20-24 minutes. After cooking for 10 minutes, shake and turn the squash, then continue cooking for the remaining 10 minutes or until the squash is tender.Serve warm.
