Air Fryer Whole Turkey w/Gravy

Stuff some garlic & butter under the skin of the turkey. Oil the turkey and season with salt & pepper.

Place it in the halogen air fryer breast side down. Add some broth. Don't forget to add the extender on the air fryer.

Flip the turkey after the first side is crispy. Baste the turkey occasionally.

After the internal temp. reaches 165°F, pull the turkey out to rest.  Now let's make the gravy!

Strain it. Whisk some of the juices into flour. Then whisk it all together.

Heat the gravy in the air fryer to thicken it. Whisk occasionally to keep everything smooth. Serve & enjoy!
